• Contact information of people who call or text a business using LeadLock, including phone number, name (if provided), and the content of messages exchanged.
• Business account information from our customers, including name, email, phone number, and business details.
• Usage and technical data necessary to operate the service.

How we use information:

• To provide the missed-call text-back and messaging service, including responding to customers, qualifying leads, and notifying the business owner.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• We do NOT sell personal information. We do NOT share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS/messaging data:

• Messaging is conducted through Twilio. Phone numbers and message content are processed to deliver the service.
• Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors (such as Twilio for message delivery) is solely to provide the messaging service. We do not sell mobile information.

Data retention: We retain conversation and contact data for as long as the business account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete it on request or account closure.

Your choices: Customers can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. To request data access or deletion, contact us at the email below.
