LeadLock AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered lead capture and SMS communication platform for home service businesses and solo professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at leadlock.ai.
By using LeadLock AI, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account & Business Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details (business name, service types, service area). This information is used to configure your AI receptionist and send you notifications.
Lead & Caller Information
When your AI receptionist engages with a caller on your behalf, we collect the caller's phone number, the content of their SMS or voice conversation, service details they provide (address, job type, urgency), and any other information they share during the interaction. This data is stored in your lead dashboard and used solely to facilitate your business operations.
Voice Call Data
For Pro and Growth plan subscribers using the AI voice receptionist, we record and transcribe calls for lead qualification purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to you through your dashboard. Callers are informed they are speaking with an AI system.
Payment Information
Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We retain billing history, subscription status, and plan information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and improving the service.
3. SMS Messaging & Consent
Business Owner Notifications
By providing your phone number during signup or onboarding, you consent to receive SMS notifications from LeadLock AI regarding new leads, system alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your call volume and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.
End-User (Caller) SMS
LeadLock AI sends SMS messages to your callers on your behalf as part of the missed-call text-back and lead qualification service. These messages are sent in response to a missed call, which constitutes a prior business inquiry. Your business is responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with applicable telemarketing and messaging laws, including the TCPA.
Opt-Out Procedure
Any recipient of SMS messages sent through LeadLock AI can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP message, that phone number is immediately added to a suppression list and will not receive further messages from your business through our platform. To opt back in, reply START.
Business owners can also opt out of LeadLock AI notification SMS messages by replying STOP or by disabling SMS notifications in your dashboard settings under Notifications.
Message Content
SMS messages sent through our platform identify the business they represent (e.g., "This is LeadLock AI responding on behalf of [Business Name]"). We do not send marketing messages to callers beyond the initial lead qualification conversation triggered by their call.

We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties. We do not use caller data for advertising purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate LeadLock AI:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Twilio — SMS delivery and phone number provisioning
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic — AI language model powering lead qualification
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for AI voice receptionist (Pro/Growth plans)
Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing terms. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead and conversation data is retained for 2 years or until you delete it from your dashboard. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
Call recordings are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless you export them.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@leadlock.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
LeadLock AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
