These terms govern use of the LeadLock AI messaging service operated by LeadLock AI LLC.

SMS / Text Messaging Consent

How you opt in: Consent to receive text messages is given directly by the end user — you opt in by calling or texting a business that uses LeadLock AI. When you call a participating business and your call is missed, that business sends you an automated text reply to assist you; when you text the business directly, it replies by text. This customer-initiated contact is the only way messaging begins — there is no other enrollment.

No unsolicited messages: No text messages are ever sent to anyone who has not first contacted the business. You only receive messages in response to your own call or text.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Reply HELP at any time for help, or STOP at any time to opt out.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: LeadLock AI

Program description: When you call or text a business that uses LeadLock AI and your call is missed or you message the business directly, you will receive automated text messages from that business to assist you — including responding to your inquiry, answering questions, collecting details about your request, and helping you schedule service. You consent to receive these messages by calling or texting the business.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You will only receive messages in response to your contact with the business.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.

HELP: Reply HELP at any time to receive help, or contact us at support@leadlock.xyz.

STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.

Service Terms

LeadLock AI is provided to business customers to communicate with their own customers. Business customers are responsible for the configuration and content of their automated messaging and for compliance with applicable laws. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. LeadLock AI LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
