1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadLock AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadLock AI provides an AI-powered missed-call response and lead capture platform. The Service includes automated SMS responses to missed calls, AI-powered lead qualification conversations, an AI voice receptionist (Pro and Growth plans), a lead management dashboard, and related features as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@leadlock.ai.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Your Responsibilities

By enabling LeadLock AI to send SMS messages on your behalf, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have a legitimate, established business relationship with the recipients (they called your number)
  • Your use of the SMS service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • You will not use the Service to send spam, harassment, illegal content, or unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not initiated contact
  • You will honor opt-out requests immediately

Opt-Out

All SMS messages sent through our platform include opt-out instructions. Any recipient may reply STOP to immediately stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on your call volume and settings. Typical usage results in 1–3 SMS messages per lead inquiry, plus follow-up messages as configured.

Carrier Disclaimer

LeadLock AI is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by wireless carriers or network conditions.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is displayed at leadlock.ai/#pricing. All fees are in USD.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended after a grace period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing communications
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and consumer protection laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity in a misleading or harmful way
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content

LeadLock AI uses large language models to generate SMS and voice responses on your behalf. While we take steps to ensure quality, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your AI configuration and for the communications sent through your account. We recommend testing your AI responses before going live.

9. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your business data and lead data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

LeadLock AI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADLOCK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST LEADS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadLock AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including applicable messaging laws.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 9–13 survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
